I only plan to live here another 5 months, this place looks nice............. but it's not.
All the doors shake when the neighbors walk around.
My dishwasher broke and they had to be called FOUR times before it worked properly (ew?)
Cheap easy to scrape up wall paint.
THIN WALLS I can hear my neighbors screaming at each other ( classy residents)
We would be better off by the seniors in the ranch units.
My friend and I travelled abroad and came back 4 days after rent to find a EVICTION NOTICE from the court on our door.

(Mind you, we pay promptly every month)
My vanity handles broke off within one week, our microwave handle ripped off, the water smells weird, the fridge is small, the closet doors broke off within a month.

We know the owner of the entire complex and we're going to be sure to let him know exactly what the dips he hired are doing.
My family and I run a 2 million a year revenue establishment in my home state -
this is NOT how you manage people, properties, or problems.
It's like dealing with a three year old.
