I reserved a car 2 hours before I needed to leave for the airport, no one showed up at the time I needed to leave and when I called to ask as I would be late for my flight I was give. excuses "my lines are ringing off the hook" "it's rush hour" and when I asked if anyone was on their way he simply said NO..
When I called to cancel the cab -yes I had the respect to do so - I was rushed bc his lines were ringing.
Very rude and disrespectful.
