HORRIBLE!!!!!
First time I went I asked if anyone there could do hand painted designs..I was told yes and handed off to a lady..she was pushing gel and all sorts of other stuff saying I needed or nails no look good and just pushy about everything..rough with my nails..sore for 2 days and it was just a fill! My designs looked like a 5 year old did them and she charged me $40! Eight of my nails had lifting within 2 days!
My second trip there was simply to get one nail fixed until I could get to my regular salon..the owner was my tech this time..he is RUDE! I was only getting ONE nail done and he had to stop in the middle and go outside for a smoke..SERIOUSLY..tool..so then he comes back in and finishes my nail repair then has another tech come over to do my design..her designs were a little better than the last lady, but not by much..so then the owner charges me $8 for the repair..of course I did not tip him..he did not deserve it..so the artificial nail he put on did not even come close to matching my other nails and it had such a curve to it that when I put my hands down on the counter this nail touched before my finger did..and he left extra acrylic all over the underneath and sides..well this nail did not even last 24 hours before it broke!
This moron has NO business sense and NO talent and should quit the nail business NOW!!!!!
My new regular nail salon is fantastic and right down the road..Trin at us nails fixed that horrible broken curved nail..I can go nearly 3 weeks before I need a fill and I NEVER have lifting and my designs are actually pretty..if you are in warrensburg mo spare yourself the shotty service from t t nails and go to us nails and get nails you can be proud of!
