I've never met a more incompetent salesman than Richard Mena at Jet Ski of Miami. He sold me the wrong Suzuki outboard for my boat so I returned it and then he refused to sell me the correct motor but instead gave me a full refund, which I had to drive 30 miles to pick up. He did me a favor though because I found the exact same motor at Dusky Sport Center in Dania for more than $900 cheaper and received exemplary customer service. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and avoid Jet Ski of Miami at all costs.
