I thought this was a much-put together establishment, but looks can be deceiving. I needed help with getting a new or replacement phone, but all they offered to me was a used unmatched phone for about $55, but the $55 can be credited to your account with the return of the loaner "still not worth it" 1). Don't get the insurance plan it a waste of time, any damage to your phone will have a deductible and the deductibles are higher than your actual phone, s/n my phone is a Samsung G2 which they don't even make anymore, less alone have any accessories to go with the phone, that I only paid $60 for, but the deductibles is $150. 2). Do not CALL and ask for help with your account, because they will only tell you to come in , and they will only RUN your phone number only to go over minimum details about your account, which will still be unhelpful. This guy who's customer service skills were less than professional asked do I have internet access, (who doesn't was my reply) then he wrote an illegible website and number for me to call and went on to say they could help me faster, which still was of no help to me. #question what is the main use of this location? IMO just call any 1.800 T Mobile number or go to T Mobile website you'll get better prompt service.
