We have used this company for years for our time clock services. I have never had a problem in the past. About 2 months ago my clock started misaligning the punches on the time cards. I have called EIGHT times now to get a service call to make a 5 minute adjustment on my time clock. No one has shown up, and I've been told twice that the manager will call me back (he hasn't). I will no longer be using this company, nor would I ever recommend them to a friend.
