Had my RAV4 inspected at Conocelli's. Was charged $12.50 for G.O.G.. Didn't know what the charge was after I left so I called the service department. Was shocked when told it was for Gas-Oil-Grease. I had already been charged for parts, labor and tax. So G.O.G. must be another way to ripoff the customer. I won't be back.
