Hit a pothole, and didn't have anyone to come with me to drop my car off. Explained to them that, since the incident, the car hestatates while in park, and sounds a bit loud when accelerating. I requested that they, AT LEAST FOR STARTERS, put the car up on a lift to check for visual/obvious undercarriage damage. They OUTRIGHT REFUSED, and only would agree to run tests and diagnostics which would take 3 hours!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!
