I thought my child wellness check was today but it wasnt so i thought I would ask to talk to a Nurse for a moment about my childs eczema. The lady at the desk said sure.i just wanted to know what to put on it. Just like calling the nurse line i thought. Then she told me would have to wait to see a dr. there i just wanted tp ask a question. Instead I had a horrible experience with the nurse she was in such a hurry. She aas ruff with my daughter forceful put themomter in her ear. then she gave her a shot and dud mot even get the neddle al the way in her leg. Then Dr..Messinger also in a hurry did not introduce her self or say hi then my child started crying and she said look she does not like me. She was in the room for maybe 5 or 8 mins.I will never go to this location again. I will travel to Kyle to see Dr. Humphrey. Kyle location nurses are sweet and not in hurry.
