These folks were the ones that my warranty company required me to use. I made the claim on a Sunday, but waited until Tuesday to call them. To my surprise they were able to come out the very next day. They gave me a window of time to expect them and said they would call ahead. To my surprise they called early and showed right up. I had 4 pretty significant issues. The technician (Jerry) was very quick, knowledgeable and pleasant. He was able to handle all of the problems except he needed to order one part. When the part came in, I had exactly the same experience.
I would use these guys again, even if I wasn't using the warranty company.
