When taking delivery of my vehicle, I immediately noticed the dealership scratched the front of the steering wheel and rear steering column. The sales manager assured me that he would order replacement parts so these will be replaced and the vehicle would be back to brand new condition, since this was a brand new car purchase. Unfortunately, service only repaired these items and only replaced the steering column cover. The scratches are still present on the front and the dealership's General Manager, John Apuzzo, told me that I am stuck with the vehicle the way it is because he finds it acceptable and that there is nothing further that they can do about it.
I've also had electrical problems with the vehicle and the dealership and Acura have not been able to fix the problem because Acura does not have a fix yet for when safety system warning lights come on either after electrical components are replaced or when there is cold weather.
I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone because of how they have treated me. They do not know the meaning of good customer service and how to hold themselves accountable for false promises made when selling a brand new vehicle.
