Discussed Ekones sofas with a veteran sales person. Was still looking around at sofas from other furniture stores but decided to go with Modern Design as the quoted price was not much more than the other favorite. When I went in to sign on the bottom line and purchase the items all of a sudden the sales person found the price quoted was actually $2000 less than the actual cost. Needless to say I was very disappointed at finding this out just before signing the contract, as I discussed and confirmed the price many times with the sales person prior to that day. I am not sure if this was a sales approach to hook me into this purchase but I was very dissatisfied at the outcome. For a seasoned sales person I would have expected better service and perhaps a follow through to provide me with the purchase at the quoted price. Needless to say I went to the other store and bought a sofa that day.
