I bought my car at Good Chev. new and have never had it anywhere else until I moved. I went to Chuck olsen because I now live in Shoreline. I brought my 2007 Equinox in for service because of a strange whirring sound. Daniels, the service rep said that he heard the noise also. When I picked up the car he said that it was fixed by replacing a 'bad bearing'. I drove off and the same noise was there. I paid $334 for this, ant wrote back expressing my disappointment and that I felt I deserved my money back for this unnecessary repair and not fixing the problem. I received a call from Daniels asking me to bring the car back in. That ha had 'HEARD' that the noise had COME BACK. Well it never went away and this was rude. If they cannot do a repair then they should just say so that way I could take it to a more competent place. I will not be back here, I trust Good Chev. in Renton even though it is a long drive.
