I just wanted to say that we have never had such outstanding service from any business we have ever dealt with. They certainly “set the bar” for customer service. They took time from their SUNDAY afternoon to meet us (a day they are closed). We didn’t know exactly what we wanted but Fran asked questions and we looked at options until she finally figured out what we really were looking for. It took a good deal of time (about 1.5 hours as I recall), but in the end we left with a purchase. And, on top of meeting with us on a Sunday, they gave us a discounted price!!! With their knowledge, level of service, attention to detail, and competitive pricing I don’t see why anyone would ever consider purchasing from anyone but them. We will definitely be recommending them to ever person we meet.
P.S. I really don't understand the comments from the folks who have given them a bad review. I'm sure there are bad experiences with any company, but after meeting Fran & Robert, I can't for the life of me see how they would ever do anyone wrong.
