here over Christmas vacation. I have boarded my dog here one other time and liked them so I decided to use them again even though they're over a hour away from my home. My husband accidently took the wrong exit and we had to turn around. I called them to let them know that we would be running just a couple of minutes late. Their drop off cut off is at 2 pm. I was told that I would be charged a fee of $30 for being late. $30 for being 2-3 minutes late. I asked if there was any way to waive this fee and I was promptly told no. I then decided to cancel my dogs reservations. I pulled up at there location at 2 pm on the dot to retrieve my dogs shot records so I could take her somewhere else. I was told that they did not have it. (Even though 2 hours earlier they had it on file) I spoke with the owner and she said that there was nothing she could do about the $30 fee. I then left, only to receive a phone call 20 minutes later stating that since I cancelled my booking there was no longer a spit available for my dog. (I guess it got booked in the 7 minutes it took me to get off of the phone and get there) but I could rent half of a run for the same price and would still have to pay the late fee. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. My husband and I are business owners and if we treated our customers this way, we wouldn't have a job. We never once received an apology and the owners attitude was nothing but cavalier. Never again. more
