I suffered through their for over 10 years. In the beginning, I stayed with them partly because I really liked the technician they sent (though he's long gone) and really, really wanting to support a small, local business.
In all honesty, I switched providers prior to the event that motivated me to write this review, but I felt compelled if it would help someone else. I had an annual service due before the end of my contract, which they were unable to accommodate. I was assured that, whether or not I continued to use them as my oil provider, that they would honor the contract past the expiration date. After repeated attempts to resolve this matter, I was basically told to take go take a hike.
