I have been taking my pets there for many years. Recently I had to euthanize 2 of my cats in a 4 day period. It was really upsetting. I'm really hurt that they didn't send a sympathy card. I have never been to a vet that didn't and sometimes they even write a nice note of their own. I realize they see alot of animals but it's just upsetting to think that my pets meant nothing to them when they meant the world to me! Don't think I will be going there again.
