Very Bad Experience! Will NEVER call them again!!! Called their service and told them my stove's spark module seemed to be not working since none of the burners would "click" to ignite. (I had a similar problem fixed about 9 - 10 years ago with a former stove. Different repair company was $28/part and $39 for the service call.) I gave them the stove make, model & serial numbers. A repairman came, worked on the stove for less than 10 minutes and said "It's the spark module" and he put the stove back together and handed me a bill for $96.68! I asked "Aren't you going to fix it?" He said no... doesn't have the parts and the office would call the next day with the information on costs. Next day they called quit indignantly and abrupt and said it'll cost over $200 MORE for the part & re-service call again!!! What B.S!! I went on-line and found the part for $34.00 from a number of stores and several videos on how to make the repair... in about 15 minutes!!!! Shame on me for not checking first! Shame on them for being outrageously unprofessional and a complete scam on their "First service call to just check things out"... for almost $100.00!!! Buyer Beware!!!! more
