I called this morning about an issue and Larry just was plain rude. My son bought a speaker from them and wanted to return it within hours. Larry said no returns. When I called he said he could bring it back and never ever come back again. Good customer service. My son is keeping the speaker, but I will tell people of his attitude and poor customer service.
