The facility is clean and very inviting. The director is very personable and kind. The owner, however, must learn how to speak to her patrons regardless of the situation. She seemed to act on impulse. She had called a parent at work without understanding the situation and began ranting. One of the employees explained that the owner may have acted this way because shes' had bad experience with people who take advantage of the child care benefits program.
