Ordered a big daddy pizza with not just cheese, but extra cheese...and not just extra cheese, BUT EXTRA EXTRA CHEESE. When the pizza was delivered there were 6 pieces with not a single shred of cheese on them literally and 3/4 of the pizza had barely any cheese on it al all. It did not slide or shift to other pieces. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! On top of that it took an hour and 15 min. to get the pizza. I called right away to let them know what was wrong and the girl who answered the phone said she'd have another one sent up. When it got here I showed the delivery guy all the pieces with no cheese and he said well sometimes it shifts and the dough just makes it so the cheese runs off....A TOTAL CROCK. This was a pizza ordered with XTRA XTRA Cheese. This is totally unacceptable. And get this>>>>The delivery guy asked for the other pizza back!!!??? How unprofessional! He also said that the manager just laughed when he heard someone called to complain. My family was starving so we ate what few pieces had some cheese on it. And he said that the manager wanted it back??? Totally unprofessional, horrible customer service, you don't get what you pay for. Good luck with the Fox's Pizza Den in Franklin Pa. :(
