I carefully chose a specific arrangement that they had listed on their website. I didn't go through a Tele florist or FTD site. The arrangement was delivered on time but did not even resemble my request, in size, shape, or color. They claim they had to make substitutions due to available flowers. Why did I bother choosing then?? The flowers were pretty and fragrant but not what I had asked for. I requested the order be replaced. The redo was significantly smaller( even though I had paid for an upgraded order) and the new flowers had no fragrance at all. I would have given them the second or third star had the redo been fragrant and upgraded as I had paid for, but it seems I needed to be punished for asking to get what I ordered.
