My furnace wasn't working right. I called ECI Comfort about 8:30 the next morning. they sent someone out within about 2 hours. It needed a part the first driver technician didn't have. Jeremy came by with the part a few hours later. He was great. He was deliberate about diagnosing the problem and stayed until the job was completely done. I was pleased with his workmanship and appreciated his manner and attitude. He was a very good representative of a company that I plan to do business with again!
