Don't use Black Diamond Car Wash in Louisville, CO. I took my car in to get washed yesterday and paid for the Diamond Wash. I also paid extra to have my rims done. While the attendants were drying my car, I walked over and asked if they could slide open the sun roof cover and clean the window. I received no response just a glare. When they were done drying my car, they waved to me that my vehicle was done and walked away. At a glance my car looked good but as I was driving away I noticed that the dash and doors that were supposed to be treated with vinyl protectant were still covered with dust. In places it looked like they did a quick swipe. I was also supposed to have fragrance. There was no scent in my car at all. Further when I got home, I discovered that the rims hadn't been touched at all. They were filthy. Guess I should have inspected my car closer before I left the car wash but you would expect to get the service you paid for especially at the prices they charge.
