Jessica was professional and helpful when she responded to my email to set up the appointment. The appt was scheduled promptly--within 3 days of my contact. Eloy called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, was polite, conscientious and cleaned our unit in about 1 1/2 hours. He checked for carbon monoxide and our filters. The cost was quite reasonable.
