I explained the type of carpet I wanted because of kids and dogs I needed a carpet that would hold up. I HATE the carpet they recommended. After just one month I wanted to change it out. I expected them to be the experts in flooring but I don't think they know much about carpets just want your money. They have no customer service. We caught them in a lie about the install. We will never use them again.
