I have been going to Fredrics for almost 2 yrs. One of the stylists is a friend of mine and I wanted to throw her some business.
We had agreed upon an amount that included 2 services. The past 2 times I have been there, the price we agreed upon was different...$50 more expensive, that is not including the tip. I was kind enough not to make a big deal out of it when I saw her again. I was given a $50 credit/refund.
Today, I went to the salon thinking that my agreed upon cost would be $50 less, OH NO! It was $15 more than usual.
To top it off when I questioned the inflated charge, the woman behind the counter She is the reason for this review. She made me feel like I was a piece of s***for questioning the charge. PLUS, I asked her to break a $50 and she have me 2 twenties and 1 ten. I needed her to break it down more to tip the shampoo person and she again made me feel like a piece of s***! She also said, "have a good day", with her head down, before I was able to even start putting the tips into the envelopes.
In total, I have spent an extra $145.
I will NEVER go there again. There is this amazing thing called customer service and Fredric and Co, AIN'T IT!!!!
