I'd rate this place negative 5 if I could. They really don't deserve 1 star. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with! They didn't tell us or show us the bullet holes in the living room window during home check AFTER they had us sign the lease. They also didn't tell us about the hole in the swimming pool. We heard it from the Pool Guy! The shower door was also broken, and when I told them, they said they won't fix it until it completely breaks off! They also said they won't replace the broken shutter and blinds during home check nor would they fill in the holes in the walls. Only thing they fixed was the garage door falling off the wall. They fixed it by hammering a 2x4 in to fill the gap. Avoid them if you expect to live comfortably by paying $1,300 a month in rent for an 1100 sq ft house!
