They were great to buy a car from - fair prices, no pressure, and easy going. However, in addition to being told that only the "Back mud flaps exist and not the front" (which resulted in having to purchase and put the front ones on myself after they said they would put on the flaps for me), being forced to wait for other promised work an extended period of time, and then being given a loaner car with absolutely no gas (at "E" with idiot light on) I find that their customer service is lacking.
