This was just a horrible experience. The fat guy was rude, threatening, and extorting. He wouldn't do anything to enable us to the car out. The place is filthy, he is filthy, and just a big crook. Shame on Oshkosh for allowing him to tow cars or even be in business. STAY AWAY!!
