Zero stars if i could... The most rude, unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. My bag arrived in Boston on the 11, now it is the 16 and after many calls my bag has not been delivered. An immature and irresponsible guy answers the phone and give you attitude, he also hang up on me!!
After an entire day waiting for my bag the airline gives me the name of the delivery company incharge of delivering my ba , I call them and the person who answers gives me attitude immediately saying that they have no records of my lastname and that I am not their customer!!! After two days finally he admits that they had the bag, and that they had tried to call us but we didn't answer (not true) and that they came to the house but nobody was home (also not true) so they brought the bag back to the airport. At that point, sick and tired of dealing with that company, we went to the airport to pick up the bag... And of course my bag wasn't there! The airfrance people at the airport called deputy delivery service again and this time they said that they had the bag. ... On the website it shows as delivered to my address two day ago... Now I am afraid it was delivered to somebody else and I'll never see my bag ever again!!
