A 25 hour task took them 4.5 months; I still do not have a product. It has been 2 months and my latest task has still not been completed. I assigned a task to my assistant on the 18th of March, the project was not completed until July 30th, due to the extreme incompetence of the assistants involved. It was a 25 hour task, but they proceeded to email and call and took up at least 30 hours of my time to get this task completed. I might as well have completed the task myself! Then one of their assistants "accidentally" deleted the project (that took them 4 months longer than it should have in the first place) from the shared folder. So, I still do not have that completed project. Then I assign them a new task on the 5th of August, they proceed to not work on the task for 1.5 months and when they decide to start working on it they ask for all the information that I had already sent to at least two people on their team, I provided that information AGAIN, but they seem intent on wasting my time and are not working on the project, though I have given more information than is rationally required. I am too busy for inept and incompetent assistants. I asked for a refund, as their assistance is actually causing me more stress at this point than helping me. Nobody responded to that request for a week. I am filing this complaint to get my money back and warn any other prospective client about what manner of terrible service these people provide. i managed for a while, but they just get worse by the day. more
