Just got dinged $400 for a simple cap swap on an a/c at a rental property. I had this exact thing done a few years ago for $150, which arguably is reasonable for a $20 part and 1/2 hour work. I knew they were spendy, so I tend to avoid them, but unfortunately my manager followed the advertising hype trail-of-crumbs and I got stuck with the bill. I have now instructed all of my manager to never use Drake under any circumstances. It's sad that they are willing to gouge owners via managers (it's always easy to spend someone else's money), but that's really short sighted. They'll never see a dollar from me again.
