I used their online appointment system to set up a new appointment and got cancelled three times. I finally called and they told me it was the online systems fault because the online system doesn't schedule enough time for new patients. Fine, ok. So they schedule me for an appointment a few months out. Finally my appointment comes around for Tuesday of this week. So then today, I forget my cell phone at home. While at work, I get three missed calls telling me they need to cancel my appointment. BRAND NEW patient NEVER been seen and they are calling to cancel the DAY before my appointment which is at 9:00 AM. Seriously? Great costumer service. I will be looking for a new dentist.
