Never ever go the the store in Roseville, MN - salesman was very nice and yes, my entertainment center was delivered early & with a flower but that is when the nightmare began! My entertainment center (3 pieces) leaned forward 1/2-1in & the delivery guys told me to put rubber pads under it! I went to the store, called Customer Service who rarely returned any of my calls. It took them almost one month to find a technician to come examine the furniture, who in turn said my LR floor was slanted & had nothing to say when I pointed out the ONLY furniture in the room that was leaning was theirs!! I spoke to Robert, the store mgr, 2-3x. At first he was apologetic & promised to take care of it. The customer service supervisor called me & she was the rudest person ever. I was told I'd be called back & nothing. Finally after 2 months, & the TV stand being discontinued, I insisted on a full refund. August 26th my furniture was returned & yesterday I recieved my refund which was $107.12 short & I had been promised by Customer Service because of what the delivery guys told me plus Robert also agreed to have the delivery fee waived. I have not gone to the BBB or FTC or Roseville police but I had to threaten the ppl behind the counter as well as the assistant manager to get my full refund. Now I must wait an additional 7-10 days to recieve my $107.12 because I pd cash & must put my new real furniture from Slumberland on hold. Unbelievable!!! All my co-workers told me Becker is a bad place & I now know firsthand how true that is. Slumberland said they've heard stories as well but mine is the absolute worst ever! Run don't walk away from Becker Furniture World!
