I have never experienced worse customer service. Dr Lee is nice and does her job well. She really should just turnover her whole office/assistant staff. The frames I ordered fit when I ordered them but after they came back in from getting my prescription filled and countless attempts at minor adjustments by the staff the frames are ruined and no longer fit. The assistant in the blue scrubs made me really uncomfortable because he kept sighing loudly every time I advised him that the adjustments were not right. I now have sore spots on my ear and severe headaches from the fit. Instead of taking care of this problem created by the optical techs by letting me exchange the frames I am now being told the only option is to buy a new pair. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?I have already spent hundreds of dollars on these frames and lenses. No where on any of my receipts state there are no returns or exchanges. I was supposed to be bringing my son and husband back to get their glasses ordered and I definitely will not be doing that now.
