I was referred this company by another Appliance repair company in the area because the first company didnt service my brand of washer. I called, and yes the service was prompt, but the labor cost was supposedly "higher" than most washers just because it was a Samsung. The part took 2 weeks to come in and then it was installed within the next couples days. From what I witnessed, the repair guy was here 20 minutes on the day of the actual repair and the part was under $75. The total bill was $345 plus tax. Im calling someone else next time.
