Sign on building says luxury apts. Size and price good. unfortunately building services inadequite. Halls,stairs,elevators and common areas extremely dirty. parking lot filty, garbage area filled with broken bags and garbage on ground(8household sized cans for 5 story 50+ apts) . To add insult, sign on door telling tennents not to put garbage on ground lol.(there's no where else to put it. this tells me management does not take responsibility. Excuses not actions. not a good sign.
