I placed an order with them using a gift certificate where there was a small balance left afterwards that was not covered by the gift card, which I paid with a credit card online. A day after the order was completed and my credit card billed (note, my card was already billed), I received an email from the owner asking for my credit card info to pay for the remaining balance. After explaining the situation, the owner (Lynn) responds with a smug email ignoring my explanation, nearly reiterating the first email and asking for me to send my credit card information to re-bill me! Later they realize that this was a mistake and I have already been billed, but no apology was given and instead insisted that their 25 years in business that have never had an issue like this. Looking at this site, clearly, the problem is them. This all comes after fighting with a poor website design, near impossible checkout system riddled with errors (it would not let me change my shipping for instance), and then this mess. Not to mention the prices here are nearly 1.5x what you can find elsewhere online with little effort. If it was not for the gift card, I would have not spent any money here. Seriously, look elsewhere.
