Most car owners are not too educated on the mechanics so they trust these people - negligence of their work almost caused my wife to have a blowout at high speed on the freeway - few days after the car was repaired at their shop one of her rear tires blew the other was about to do the same - she replaced the rear brakes rotors/pads which requires removing the tires - somehow these tires were worn through the steel belts on the inside and these guys never reported this obvious problem for correction - they also refused to come across the street to look at the vehicle stating their insurance does not permit this but here we read they go to home and service a dead battery???
