Hired this company because they were local and close. Service call was to repair a bad dryer heater element. Workman broke two buttons on the dryer becuase he did not know how to operate, and would not own up to it. Called the company, was asked to call back five days later when manager was in. Manager was polite and friendly, but like the workman would not accept responsibility for their damage. Only offered to cover labor (~$45) if I paid the parts (~$180). Ridiculous since they broke it anyway. Such poor customer service, never even once empathized/apologized for experience, only defensive and not-give-a-crap attitude. I will share this feedback on other sites. more
