Briefly, we had a sick kitty who messed up our beautiful Karastan rug. We gave it to another company who actually made the problem worse??!!
Melrose patiently stuck with us. They cleaned the carpet COMPLETELY...NO MORE pet odor from poor, sick kitty! Plus, the owner said, "Live with the carpet for 2 weeks to be sure you are completely happy with the result, then pay us if you are happy." Well, who knew we would have the hottest, muggiest weather of the summer, and the carpet remains perfect. Thank you so much, Dave and Melrose. You are great.
