I rented from Asset Group for a loyal two years. Never late and never bothered them. They received a report that my dog got out of a gate. Gaylnn(owner) shows up screaming if I don't get rid of my dog in 24 hours I was going to be evicted. My dog did not attack or threaten anyone, just was lose because they never repaired the hole in the fence. Meanwhile, she never indicated that our neighbors had drive-by shootings every few months but allowed my family with 5 small children move in next door. She uses threats and intimidation to get her way. After I put my notice in to move, she told the neighbors when I was moving and they laughed in front of my house at us. Completely disrespectful.
