I ordered flowers for my mom from their website. I even made a note to the florist that if they didn't have the flowers to make the arrangement exactly as pictures to contact me before arranging. I picked out a bright, fun, cheery bouquet if mixed flowers. When they arrived it was NOTHING like that pictures online!! It was a sad bouquet of about 8 stems that looked half wilted & were all light dusty peach - NOTHING like the bright arrangement I had ordered. I called to tell then how dissatisfied I was & the guy I spoke with hung up on me!!! I WAS a long time customer before this incident but I will NEVER use them again after this experience!!!!
