I was not impressed with the level of service that I received at Bedworks of Maine. We were promised a 4-6 week lead time and it took 9 weeks to receive our bed. When we called after 7 weeks to follow up the person answering the phone was rude and indicated that they 'would not compromise quality to meet a delivery date.' I wasn't asking that quality be compromised, I was just asking when to expect my bed to be delivered so that I could arrange my work schedule to accommodate the delivery. Bedworks of Maine never followed up with us to let us know when the bed would be ready until a few days before the delivery. The delivery did go smoothly and the people that set up the bed did a good job. The $100 bed cover that I purchased with the bed was not brought and the delivery folks told me that Bedworks would call to follow up to get that taken care of. I waited a week and a half and no one ever called. I had to take the time to call to follow up myself - there was no apology - just 'your bed cover is here please come to our store to pick it up.' Overall not very happy with the entire process of purchasing from Bedworks. more
