Kencor replaced my roof in 2009. I have had leaks ever since, specifically around my sky lights (which they replaced as well). As soon as they had my money it became impossible to get in contact with them. There have been 1 or 2 people over the years (yes, I said years) that have tried to help or said they would help, but they quit or are fired shortly after and I get back on the merry-go-round trying to get in contact with someone, or have someone call me back.
I suggest, use a local company that doesn't chase storms. They will be around in a year when the storm is gone, these guys close up their temp shops and leave town.
