customer service sucks. beware of buying a used phone from this place. I asked for a good phone with a good battery they sold me one that would go dead in 5 hours. they would not refund my money, they would exchange it for another.I did not want another one that did not work. they buy used phones wipe off the dust and put it the display case they do not do check them out to see if they work.the sales rep flat out lied to me. this company is a parisite to the comunity.
