Avoid at all costs. Just absurdly bad. I confirmed a cab to go to the airport 4 hours before my pickup. At 2 minutes before my pickup time I saw I had missed a call from them 3 minutes earlier. The voice mail says "I need to know if your address there is Road or Drive or what. Call me back." I call back and say "if you put this in a gps you'll know there is only one xyz street in Smithfield - you don't need to know the rest, though I clearly stated 'drive' when I reserved." He says he is now going to call the driver and tell him and he'll be on his way to me and will arrive within 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I call and ask where my car is as I'm now in danger of missing my flight. He says "well then why didn't you answer when I called the first time?" What the @$%%? I said "you called me 5 minutes before pickup - how did that have anything to do with you now being 20 minutes late? Car finally arrived 25 minutes late. I asked the driver to explain why he was late and he says "I was about to come for you when dispatch called and told me to hold on while he confirmed the address with you." When I ask about the "confusion" about my street name he says "no confusion. As soon as I put in the first few letters of your street name it came up as the only one in Smithfield." I said "your dispatch then lied to both of us" and he defends the dispatcher. What a bunch of ridiculously unprofessional behavior. Oh, last thing - their name, "Economy..." is a fallacy. The cost was the same as when I use yellow cab to the airport and when I use Airport taxi from the airport to home. No savings - no economy. Don't use these clowns - they are horribly inept and unprofessional. more
