The doctors are good, but the office staff are horrific. Rude and incompetent does not even begin to cover it. From being stuck on hold for over 20 minutes to be lectured, you name it and it's happened to me. For being an office that handles very delicate situations, their office staff have no care what so ever. Unfortunately, the staff has been responsible for cancelling my appointments at the last minute and ignoring prescription refills from my pharmacy allowing me to go for days without my medication. As I said before, any clinic that had a caring staff would never allow these types of things to occur. Overall, the doctors just aren't worth the trouble.
