The staff are great but the owner rude ( that is putting it nicely) to her staff & customers. I've went there for years & refuse to go back. She gave me attitude at the front desk once for no reason. I had only been checking in for my appt. I mentioned it to the staff person in the room since I was shocked at her customer service. The girl told me that was the owner and I got the impression she was like that all the time. I've heard worse stories since then that disgust me. I love the Greenery in Richland and recommend them 110%.
